That smile on Ainsley could NOT be cuter...
That's what Elise kept telling people on Sunday...kind of like "Happy Father's day, Happy Birthday, etc..." It was "Happy Easter Day". Way cute. She did three total Easter Egg hunts- one with neighbors, one at a neighbor's church, and one little one in our backyard just for Elise and Ainsley. Elise loved all of them- and especially evaluating her loot at the end. I hate to say that my (Erica) competitive spirit came out a little at the big group hunt, but it totally did. I didn't give in and actually shove other kids aside so that Elise could get the "good" eggs, but I thought about it. I need to keep an eye on that, right! So far, Elise seems way more like Adam in her laid-back/ non-competitive-ness. Let's hope that continues as she gets older. =) or maybe not... Here are some cute pics. Ainsley didn't exactly understand the whole Egg Hunt thing...but she LOVED finding the eggs and would PANIC if she saw Elise with candy that she didn't have. She was hilarious about it!
